Heart of Gold - Online Demo

This is an interactive Heart of Gold demo that shows how applications can send text to the middleware and get back linguistically annotated text or RMRSes.

This demo contains resources for processing of German, English and Japanese as of 2006/2007. The resources for Italian (provided by the project partner CELI), Norwegian (NTNU) and Greek (UdS) are still from the DeepThought project and thus somewhat outdated. The linguistic analyses of the modules range from tokenization over PoS tagging, chunk parsing and named entity recognition to deep linguistic HPSG analysis, depending on the language selected. You need JavaScript enabled in your browser. To view foreign characters (e.g. Japanese, Greek), you need a Unicode-capable font installed. Under Windows XP, you can add this using the regional settings applet in the Windows control panel.
